"We have some large new projects in our pipeline that will require the onboarding of a large number of clinical staff, far in excess of our usual run rate – this means that our typical ‘hands on’ process simply wont work. The plan is that we are going to use some industry software to largely automate the onboarding and training process from application to systems ready stage.
